Job Title: Farm Advisor (California Region)

About the Role: We are supporting a pioneering animal health company in their search for a Farm Advisor to cover the Tulare to Bakersfield region. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization, providing innovative, antibiotic-free solutions that improve animal health, boost farm profitability, and support sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to dairy farmers on innovative health solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement on-farm solutions and support customer success.
• Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to share insights, contribute to product development, and support regional growth strategies.
• Achieve growth and client retention targets, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Background in agricultural sciences or significant dairy farm experience preferred.
• Farm management and/or sales experience in the dairy sector.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for animal health and sustainable farming.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally and regionally (up to 50%).
