Are you a commercially driven trader ready to take ownership of international markets in a high-impact B2B environment?

A long-established European manufacturer and distributor in the animal nutrition sector is looking to hire a Trader to manage and grow international sales of commodity feed additives including vitamins, minerals, and nutritional raw materials.

Working in a small, agile team, you'll manage a defined region (starting with DACH) and have the freedom to expand your reach based on your performance. This is not a back-office role you'll be customer-facing, deal-focused, and responsible for margin, turnover, and execution.

What Were Looking For

• Experience trading commodity feed additives (vitamins/minerals) or similar raw materials
• Strong commercial instincts and a self-starting attitude
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus (German, Spanish, French, etc.)
• Knowledge of contract execution, Incoterms, pricing, and customer negotiation
• Degree in Economics, Agribusiness, Animal Nutrition, or similar
• Based in Germany or elsewhere in Europe
• Willing to travel up to 10% internationally for customer meetings, supplier visits, and trade events
