Salesforce Administrator / Consultant

Our client is a well-established retail company with a strong presence in the Bulgarian market. As the business continues to invest in digital transformation, they are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Consultant to support, maintain, and continuously improve their Salesforce environment.

Working closely with internal business stakeholders and external partners, as a Salesforce Administrator / Consultant you will play a key role in ensuring the platform effectively supports the company's sales, customer service, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform across multiple business functions
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements
• Manage user access, security settings, roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity
• Participate in system upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment of new features
• Support internal end-user adoption through training and rollout activities
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution and user support
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement improvements
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and user management
• Practical experience supporting at least 2 of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Very good command of English
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Programming or development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (such as Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, JavaScript, or Flows)
• Experience participating in Salesforce implementation or migration projects
• Experience working with external Salesforce consultants, implementation partners, or system vendors
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or similar)
