We are currently partnering with an established professional services organization that is expanding its tax consultancy practice and looking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Specialist.

This role is suited to professionals looking to develop expertise in transfer pricing and international tax regulations, while gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, tax documentation and regulatory research. The position offers exposure to cross-border business structures and intercompany transactions, providing a strong foundation for long-term development in the field of tax and transfer pricing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing transfer pricing documentation related to intercompany transactions and business activities within multinational groups
  • Performing financial and economic analysis to support transfer pricing positions and regulatory compliance
  • Conducting research of Bulgarian tax legislation, administrative practice and relevant court decisions
  • Reviewing financial and operational data used in transfer pricing analyses
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and analytical materials related to transfer pricing matters
  • Contributing to the maintenance and organization of documentation related to cross-border transactions
  • Working with financial databases and market data sources used for benchmarking and economic analysis

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in transfer pricing, tax advisory, accounting or financial analysis
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field
  • Understanding of Bulgarian and EU transfer pricing regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial information and interpret economic data
  • Experience working with financial databases and market information sources would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian and English
  • Knowledge of German would be considered a strong advantage
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
