Our client is a reputable investment company with a significant presence in the hospitality and restaurant industry, known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our clients hight class hotels and luxury establishments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality sector, with a passion for project management, improvements, hight quality services and guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospitality operations across multiple properties with main focus to all F&B outlets and establishments
  • Lead and mentor teams to achieve high performance and foster positive and inclusive culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and cost control
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring high standards of quality and service are consistently met
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, including menu development, promotional activities, and special events
  • Oversee maintenance, strategic renovations and upkeep of the properties to ensure a pristine and functional environment.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure the best quality and prices for food and beverage products
  • Lead a proactive and efficient collaboration with the hotels GMs and investors
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and events that drive publicity and attract target quests and audience
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff

Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position
  • Proven experience in managing high-end establishments in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
  • Developed successful practices related to the highest standards of service
  • Excellent skills in preparing annual budgets and financial plans
  • Excellent skills in preparing annual and periodic reports and analyses
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Experience working with specialized software and Excel
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Plovdiv and Sofia
  • Fluent in English
