By participating in the referral program at Antal International, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility to Participate
   • Referrals can only be submitted by individuals who have a direct relationship with the referred candidate.
   • Antal International employees and immediate family members are not eligible to receive referral rewards.
2. Data Privacy
   • By submitting a referral, you confirm that the referred candidate has provided explicit consent to share their personal information with Antal International.
   • All personal data collected through the referral program will be handled in compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
3. Referral Process
   • Referrals must be submitted via the official referral portal or designated email ietuk@antal.com
   • A referral is considered valid only if the referred candidate applies for an open position at Antal International and explicitly mentions the referrer during the application process.
4. Referral Rewards
   • Referral rewards (if applicable) will be provided only when:
     a. The referred candidate is successfully placed in a role.
     b. The referred candidate completes the required probation period specified by the hiring organization.
   • Rewards will be issued within [30/60 days] of the probationary period's successful completion.
   • Any applicable taxes on referral rewards are the sole responsibility of the referrer.
5. Exclusions
   • Referrals for candidates already in Antal International's database or who have applied directly within the past [6/12] months are not eligible for rewards.
   • Self-referrals are not permitted under this program.
6. Program Changes
   • Antal International reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. Disputes
   • Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Antal International.
