Location: Anywhere in the Philippines (Remote, following PH holidays)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Corporate Partnerships & Banking Solutions to lead strategic engagement with large corporations and financial institutions in the Philippines. This role is ideal for seasoned corporate bankers who have cultivated strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in multinational corporations (MNCs) and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Partnerships:

  • Onboard large Philippine-based MNCs and international corporations onto innovative supply chain financing programs.
  • Establish and deepen partnerships with leading banks to integrate advanced financial solutions.

• Relationship Management:

  • Leverage your network of CFOs, Treasurers, and senior executives to create high-value opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their strategic objectives.

• Market Intelligence & Feedback:

  • Serve as the feedback loop to enhance product and service offerings based on client insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in corporate banking (front-office roles), with proven success in managing large corporate or international portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products, trade finance, and working capital solutions.

• Network:

  • Established relationships with C-suite executives in MNCs and large enterprises (annual revenues above USD 100M).

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional business development and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging at senior levels and in high-stakes networking environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Additional Advantage:

  • Exposure to Fintech or technology-driven financial solutions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Tagalog and English.
