We're Hiring: Application Support Specialist (Level 2)

We're seeking a talented Application Support Specialist to join our innovative team, where you'll become an expert in enterprise systems while working with cutting-edge technologies. No prior Oracle EBS experience? No problem – we'll train you!
As our Application Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our critical business applications run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for Oracle EBS and our suite of in-house applications
- Investigate and resolve complex application issues escalated from Level 1 support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system performance
- Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users
- Document solutions and contribute to our growing knowledge base
- Participate in exciting implementation and upgrade projects
- Conduct user training sessions and create user-friendly guides

What You Bring
Required:
- 5-7 years of IT experience (application support, system administration, or related fields)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills – ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience with SQL and database querying
- Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice-to-Have (But We'll Train You!):
- Oracle EBS experience (seriously, we'll provide comprehensive training)
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with integration tools and APIs
- ITIL certification
