About the Role

Our client, an established beverage retail brand, is looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join its team as Full-Time Baristas.

You will prepare quality beverages, serve customers and support the smooth daily operation of the outlet. Training will be provided to familiarise you with the company's recipes, service standards and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and ingredients according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and attention to detail in every beverage prepared
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers
• Assist customers with ordering and operate the cashier when required
• Support the opening and closing of the outlet
• Replenish ingredients, packaging materials and other supplies promptly
• Keep the outlet, preparation areas and displays clean, organised and presentable
• Assist with daily sales reporting and general outlet operations
• Monitor stock usage and help minimise wastage and stock losses
• Attend assigned training and skills-development programmes
• Follow company policies, operating procedures and service standards

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in customer service
• Responsible, punctual and able to commit to full-time employment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Willing to perform opening and closing shifts according to the assigned roster
• Good attention to detail, cleanliness and food safety
• Prior experience in F&B, beverage preparation, retail or customer service is advantageous
• Candidates without prior barista experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
