Location: Islandwide - More than 30 locations

Salary: $15 per hour

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 10am to 7.30pm and / or Saturdays 8.30am to 2.30pm (hours to follow location schedule and fixed shift hours) – You may share with us your available schedule

Start date: 1 Apr 2026 – 30 Nov 2026

Job Scope:

• Handle general customer enquiries and provide frontline support.

• Assist & Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support.

• Request, Verify and Process customer documents.

• Assist customers to complete forms and transactions via data entry support.

• Support end-of-day transaction submission and reconciliation.

• Provide assistance with SingPass services (e.g., sign-up and password reset).

• Guide customers on the use of the online sales portal.

• Any other additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• MUST be Tech Savvy to navigate between online portals & platforms

• MUST be able to start 1 April 2026

• Comfortable with speaking to customers

• Prior Customer Service experience will be highly preferred

• Team player, Committed, Patient, Hard-working attitude

• Training will be provided
