We are partnering with an established F&B operator to hire an Operations Manager to oversee multiple foodcourt operations in Macau.

This is a leadership role managing both operations and leasing, with full responsibility for business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Lead and manage a team of Area Managers across multiple outlets
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, service standards, and compliance with local regulations
  • Conduct regular audits on hygiene, service quality, and pricing

Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Source, onboard, and manage food stall tenants
  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and rental collection
  • Monitor tenant performance and ensure optimal tenant mix

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Drive revenue growth and improve profitability (P&L ownership)
  • Identify new business opportunities, locations, and expansion plans
  • Lead renovation, upgrading, and asset enhancement initiatives

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with landlords, authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business development and project teams

Team Leadership

  • Develop, coach, and manage team performance
  • Handle staff matters including training, discipline, and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations / leasing (management level)
  • Strong experience in foodcourt / multi-outlet operations / tenant management
  • Experience in leasing and F&B tenancy management is a must
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese (required for business needs)
  • Prior experience in Macau / Hong Kong / China markets is highly advantageous
