Compensation: attractive base + Uncapped Commission

This is not a maintenance sales role. This is a growth mandate.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially aggressive, hunter-profile IT Sales Manager to build new revenue streams within the SME segment.

You will be responsible for opening new logos, building a recurring revenue portfolio, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Prefers building territory over inheriting accounts

  • Wants autonomy without heavy corporate bureaucracy

  • Is motivated by commission and measurable results

  • Understands infrastructure and managed services economics

What You Will Own

New Logo Acquisition (Primary KPI)

  • Identify and acquire new SME clients across Singapore

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation discovery proposal negotiation close

  • Build recurring managed services contracts

Revenue & Pipeline Discipline

  • Build and maintain a self-generated pipeline

  • Achieve and exceed agreed annual revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting

Market Expansion

  • Position the company as a trusted infrastructure & managed services partner
  • Expand wallet share within acquired accounts

  • Provide market feedback to shape service positioning

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of IT solution sales experience (infrastructure, managed services, cloud, or system integration)
  • Demonstrated success closing new business in Singapores SME market

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong prospecting capability (cold outreach, referrals, networking)

  • Ability to sell recurring services, not just one-off projects

  • Commercial maturity and resilience

Advantageous:

  • Existing SME decision-maker network

  • Experience selling IT support retainers or managed services contracts
