Are you a hands-on IT Infrastructure leader with strong Microsoft Azure expertise and a passion for driving secure, high-performing enterprise environments?

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure leader to oversee our cloud and hybrid environments. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority and primary vendor coordinator, ensuring the security, reliability, and alignment of IT operations with business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, networking fundamentals, and IT service management, with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and operational governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Management & Operations

• Manage IT infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments, with a specific focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and security across compute, storage, and identity platforms.
• Provide technical oversight for infrastructure, networking, and endpoint environments.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.

Vendor Management & Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers.
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely service delivery and quality assurance.
• Coordinate vendor activities to align with project timelines and operational requirements.

Governance & Service Delivery

• Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Lead incident management and escalation procedures to minimize downtime.
• Serve as a guide for technical decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term business strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Working Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Operations or System Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in Vendor Management and coordination.
• Experience in operational governance, incident management, and escalation handling.

Technical Skills

• Cloud Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Identity, Storage).
• Networking: Solid fundamentals in TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, and Routing.
• ITSM: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.
• Security: Good knowledge of networking security fundamentals and best practices.

Competencies

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage complex technical landscapes.
