Assistant Manager/Manager (Cellular and RF Management)

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical studies, analysis and investigation in the radio frequency (RF) domain e.g. cellular network coverage/performance audits & measurements, RF co-existence resolutionsetc.
• Perform on-site RF related tasks independently e.g. RF measurements and investigation; includes the engagement with other government bodies, mobile network operators, key partners, Members of Public etc.
• May be required to perform RF investigations after officer-hours especially for time critical situations
• Support RF related projects as needed
• Perform administrative tasks in support of the team and division's core functions, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience OR diploma with more than 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in the RF domain and comms system characteristics
• Proficient in office productivity software etc.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Having a Class 3 driver's license is an added advantage
• A good team player that is pro-active and meticulous
