Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: $2,200
  • Transport Allowance: $600
  • Support Allowance: $700 (first 6 months to ease transition)
  • Attractive Commission Scheme (uncapped)
  • December Bonus (1 month)
  • Flexi Benefits: $800 per year
  • Annual Leave: 14 days

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and resilient Sales Executive to grow our Sales & Leasing business for Material Handling Equipment (e.g. forklifts, Airman products).

This is an outdoor hunter role — ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting clients, opening new accounts, and closing deals in a competitive B2B environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new customers (industrial, warehousing, logistics sectors)
  • Managing and expanding existing client accounts
  • Sales & leasing of forklifts and industrial equipment
  • Implementing marketing strategies and analysing market trends
  • Monitoring costs, competition, and market demand
  • Preparing quotations, proposals and following through to deal closure
  • Contributing to team targets and overall sales growth

What Were Looking For

  • Class 3 / 3A Driving Licence (mandatory)
  • Proven outdoor sales experience (must be comfortable canvassing and hunting for new business)
  • Experience in B2B industrial / equipment sales preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Hunter mindset – resilient, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Team player with good computer skills
  • Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
