Location: KL, Malaysia (with travel to Singapore)

About the Role

To provide first-level application support for business systems, ensuring timely resolution of user incidents, proactive monitoring of application health, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for business applications and systems.
  • Respond to user issues, incidents, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting to identify and isolate application, desktop, infrastructure, or network-related issues.
  • Monitor application health, system availability, and overall performance.
  • Use logs, dashboards, and support tools to investigate reported issues.
  • Escalate issues to Level 2 or engineering teams with clear analysis and relevant information.
  • Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to users and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in application support, desktop systems, infrastructure, or networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with an engineering mindset.
  • Hands-on experience managing user incidents, service requests, and escalations.
  • Ability to manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
  • Basic understanding of certificate management, including monitoring and renewals.
  • Ability to investigate issues using logs, monitoring tools, and runbooks.
  • Good communication and ability to support non-technical users.
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and documentation.
