About the Role

We are partnering with a leading organisation supporting Singapore's digital infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives to hire an Assistant Manager, Cybersecurity Resilience & Governance.

This role focuses on monitoring cybersecurity incidents, ensuring resilience of critical digital infrastructure, and supporting governance and regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage cybersecurity and network-related incidents affecting digital and communication services
• Analyse incident data and conduct root cause investigations
• Perform horizon scanning on emerging incidents and threats across the region
• Support enforcement actions related to cybersecurity regulations and frameworks
• Assist in the development and review of cybersecurity governance frameworks and initiatives
• Work within a command centre environment to review network information feeds
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and resilience

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network operations or related fields
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, networks and digital infrastructure
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable with 12-hour shift work
