Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse and Cold Chain Management)

Location: Loyang

Salary: S$2600 - S$2900 (with allowances & incentives) + PB (Up to 2 mths) + OT + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am – 6pm or 8am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Lead a team of 3.
• Responsible for Warehouse operations and activities.
• Monitor Warehouse operations performance, Manage warehouse planning, Resolve warehouse operations quality issues.
• Supervise deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process to ensure timelines are adhered to.
• Monitor storage utilization for various storage systems and facilities
• Oversee secure handling of goods, Manage Cargo and Material handling security procedures - Manage cargo acceptance - handle dangerous goods, time and heat sensitive cargo as per required processes.
• Resolve escalated customer relationship management conflicts
• Adapt the latest technology or electronic tools and devices to improve and maximize team operations
• Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) activities to ensure team's compliance to requirements - Perform safety and health risk assessment
• Conduct WSH risk assessment to determine hazards
• Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
• Adhere to organisations governance, compliance issues and reporting processes
• Adhere to organisations data governance and protection processes
• Co-ordinate department's incident or crisis management initiatives
• Any other additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Min GCE N Levels
• Min N Levels
• Min 3 years experience in a Warehouse / Logistics operational role.
• Class 3 / 4 / 5 / Forklift will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems like SAP / WMS
• Prior experience in WSH (workplace safety and health) will be an advantage
• Technology savvy – required to work on Apps and systems for the Warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
• Detailed, Proactive, and result-driven.
