We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, and acting as a liaison between management and recruitment agencies. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong understanding of local labor laws and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source, screen, and select suitable candidates.
  • Drive the internal recruitment process and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
  • Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Oversee offboarding procedures including exit interviews and final settlements.
  • Partner with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.
  • Assist in developing employee engagement strategies and culture-building activities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and propose retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
  • Prior experience working with recruitment agencies and handling onboarding processes is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
