Rental Sales Executive – Generators & Pumps

We are looking for an experienced Rental Sales Executive to drive business growth in the rental of generators and industrial pumps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rental sales, proven client acquisition skills, and the ability to independently generate leads and close deals within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert them into active rental clients.

• Promote and sell rental solutions for generators, high-pressure pumps, and centrifugal pumps.

• Identify and approach potential clients across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and project-based sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.

• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, rental agreements, and pricing terms.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.

• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reporting.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in rental sales of generators and/or industrial pumps.

• Hands-on experience selling or renting:

  • Generators

  • High-pressure pumps

  • Centrifugal pumps

• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close business deals independently.

• Strong understanding of the UAE rental and project-based sales market.

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Candidate Profile

• Indian nationality preferred.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.

• Comfortable with field sales and frequent client visits.

• Prior experience working with generator and pump rental companies is highly preferred.
