Conduct cleaning and preparation of components (including oxygen system cleaning)
Assist in setup, execution, and teardown of system tests (proof, leak, flow, and load testing)
Maintain and troubleshoot vacuum hardware, pumps, instrumentation, and related systems
Follow strict safety protocols around high voltage, pressure systems, and hazardous materials
Support test execution with accurate data logging, checklist completion, and documentation of results
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure smooth operations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with build hardware, test systems, and manufacturing equipment in real time
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, or manual machining
Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and fluid systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support critical testing as needed
