Retail Merchandiser - London

Job Summary:

We're looking for someone to help our Operations Department make sure our vending machines are always stocked and running smoothly. You'll learn to use our system to keep track of what's in each machine and fix any small problems that come up. Your job is to make sure everything runs well, from ordering supplies to keeping the machines clean. You'll also attend meetings and training sessions to learn more about the job. Please note, a clean driving license and DBS is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company van to multiple sites.

• Maintain machines to AVA health and hygiene standards, optimizing profitability.

• Ensure client machine requirements are met (Drink, Snack, and Can).

• Handle route paperwork and Vendmanager operation.

• Address minor machine faults.

• Manage cash collection and stock ordering.

• Communicate effectively with Service Desk and managers.

• Coordinate with Installers and Engineers for new installs.

• Address customer concerns promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

• Follow company and client health and safety procedures.

• Maintain a professional appearance on client premises.

Additional Duties:

• Attend relevant training and meetings with prior notice.

• Accommodate reasonable management requests outside regular hours with advance notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
