Were currently recruiting a Plumber (Multi Trade Maintenance Technician) for a trusted West London maintenance provider serving residential and housing stock across Slough, Brent and Reading.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a mobile, multi trade role delivering plumbing repairs, replacements and maintenance across a varied housing portfolio. With a company van provided and travel across West London/Surrey, you'll support not only plumbing works but also basic carpentry, tiling, decorating and patch plastering bringing your multi trade skillset into play.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, installations in occupied and void properties (e.g., sinks, water tanks, bathrooms)
• Apply multi trade skills including basic carpentry, tiling, decorating and patch plastering to maintenance tasks
• Travel between properties across Slough, Brent & Reading with company van provided
• Use electronic job management systems to document work, update status and record materials
• Provide excellent customer service, liaise with residents and colleagues to ensure first time fixes and minimal disruption
• Maintain van, tools and adhere to health & safety regulations and maintenance standards
• Support out of hours emergency callouts when required

About You

Qualified Plumber with NVQ Level2 or3 (or equivalent)
Multi trade skills: experience in carpentry, tiling, decorating or similar maintenance work
Previous housing or building maintenance environment preferred
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to properties not served by public transport
Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
Proactive, high quality workmanship and a right first time approach
Unvented hot water system qualification is advantageous
