Overview of the role:

This is a pure new business role targeting mid-to-large enterprises across diverse sectors. You'll identify, engage, and win new clients, selling high-quality, tech-enabled vending and coffee systems that enhance workplace wellbeing and productivity.

Were looking for a strategic hunter, someone who can open doors, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-ticket deals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and win new B2B clients across your territory
  • Sell premium vending and coffee machine solutions, tailored to client needs
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and tenders
  • Negotiate and close deals that deliver long-term value for the business
  • Liaise with internal departments (operations, technical, customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Stay ahead of market trends and client demands to inform sales strategy

Qualifications:

  • A minimum two years commercial experience is required.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally selling capital equipment, vending, or coffee solutions
  • A true new business hunter with a self-motivated, target-driven mindset
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to manage full sales cycles.
  • Good commercial awareness and a proven track record within a direct sales role would be of benefit. Basic understanding of Profit & loss accounts.
  • Excellent business writing and time management skills.
  • Good influencing and customers service skills.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to converse with a diverse audience.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
  • A profound sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
