Were now recruiting a Data Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Wilmslow, supporting smarter commercial decisions through data.

The Opportunity

Youll take ownership of business reporting, improve data accuracy, and build dashboards that make insight accessible and actionable. You'll be a key player in the drive towards self-service analytics, empowering teams across the business to access and interpret data confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear data insights to senior leadership and teams across the business
• Build and optimise Power BI/Tableau/Qlik dashboards for commercial use
• Lead process improvement across reporting and data workflows
• Improve data quality and consistency across multiple systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate key data sets
• Support a company-wide shift towards self-service, data-led decision making
• Ensure data integrity and trust in reporting across the business

What Were Looking For

Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar dashboard/reporting tools
Advanced Excel proficiency
Commercial awareness and KPI understanding
Experience analysing data to drive business or category insights
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Confident communicator and collaborator
Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Able to work onsite in Wilmslow 3 days per week

Whats On Offer

£35,000 £38,000 annual salary
