- Support large-scale housing development through direct delivery and partnerships, including the Councils arms-length development company.
- Foster cross-sector partnerships with care and support services to deliver joined-up housing solutions.
- Champion the voice of residents and tenants, ensuring services reflect the diverse needs of the city.
- Build thriving communities where people feel safe, live well, and take pride in their neighbourhoods.
About You
We are looking for a values-driven strategic leader who:
- Has proven experience in large-scale housing operations, regeneration, or social landlord services.
- Can lead major transformation and cultural change in complex organisations.
- Brings excellent partnership working skills across sectors (public, private, voluntary).
- Is passionate about equality, equity, and putting communities at the heart of service design.
- Demonstrates excellent political acumen and board-level leadership capability.
You will be collaborative, inclusive, and bold with the confidence to challenge, inspire, and influence at all levels.
