Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Captain Master to lead the transfer of a vessel during its relocation. This role entails full command responsibility, ensuring safe navigation, compliance with maritime regulations, and effective leadership of the crew during the operation.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full command of the vessel, overseeing all navigational and operational aspects.
• Ensure compliance with COLREGS, SOLAS, ISM Code, and other relevant maritime regulations.
• Conduct predeparture safety checks and risk assessments.
• Lead and manage the crew, ensuring operational discipline and safety.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders throughout the voyage.​

Requirements:

• Valid STCW Master Certificate of Competency.
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years command experience on vessels under 500GT.
• Clean criminal record (background check mandatory).
• Ability to mobilise to the South East England region within 3 hours of alert.​
