Were currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic, purposedriven housing reception team in Surbiton, providing frontofhouse service that supports communityfacing operations.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who is great with people, passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a fastpaced, frontofhouse environment. Youll be the welcoming face of the housing service, helping residents, visitors and service users with enquiries, bookings, payments and general reception duties all within a supportive and accessible publicsector setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents and service users in person and by phone
- Handle enquiries, manage bookings and process payments efficiently
- Ensure safety and security by performing routine checks, monitoring access, acting as First Aider / Fire Marshal
- Support an inclusive and safe environment for residents and community members
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience
About You
Strong communication and peopleskills
Calm, confident and professional under pressure
Experience in customer service or frontofhouse/reception roles (desirable)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
A genuine enthusiasm for making a positive impact in a communityfocused role
Whats On Offer
