Were currently recruiting a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a leading consultancy undertaking a major contract across South London.

The Opportunity

Youll carry out detailed internal and external inspections of houses and flats, supporting stock condition surveys that feed into longterm asset strategies for social housing stock. This is a varied role where youll use your surveying skills (HHSRS, RDSAP) and system experience to generate accurate data, drive improvements and help influence investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stock condition surveys across residential properties (internal & external)
  • Use HHSRS, RDSAP and other inspection frameworks to assess housing assets
  • Compile clear, accurate reports from survey findings
  • Work across South London boroughs, liaising with site teams, asset management and clients
  • Maintain high standards of data collection, accuracy and professional presentation of results
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in surveying processes, recording tools and reporting frameworks

About You

Experience in stock condition surveying, ideally in social housing or residential property sector
Skilled in HHSRS and RDSAP survey methodologies
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
Comfortable working in a mobile, field based role across London, with own transport or access to travel
Attention to detail, structured working approach and professional presentation of findings

What's On Offer
