We are currently recruiting a Gas Engineer to join a trusted maintenance team operating across Berkshire and Surrey, delivering high quality service to homes and communities.

The Opportunity

Join a frontline role where your technical expertise and safety mindset make a real impact. You'll deliver gas servicing, repairs and installations across a broad property portfolio, working to the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer satisfaction. The job involves mobile service delivery, strong fault diagnosis, and a handson role in a modern maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gas servicing, repairs and installations in accordance with Gas Safe Register regulations and building standards
• Diagnose faults and aim for first time fixes wherever possible
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
• Order materials, track job progress and update electronic systems with certifications
• Stay current with legislation, properties and best practice standards
• Mentor apprentices or junior staff as needed
• Participate in out of hours emergency callouts (rota) when required
• Maintain company vehicle and use electronic job management systems for updates and records

About You

ACS Certification (minimum CCN1,CEN1,HTR1,CKR1), ideally with Unvented Hot Water Storage System certification
City & Guilds Level 3 in Domestic Heating (or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge of heating systems, faultfinding and installation work
Excellent customer service, IT and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel to properties not served by public transport
Proactive, enthusiastic and aligned to our clients values
No past or pending prohibition notices with HSE or Gas Safe
