Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide transformation strategy aligned with ForHousings mission.
- Lead cultural and digital transformation initiatives to embed continuous improvement.
- Drive modernisation through smart technologies, process re-engineering, and agile ways of working.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Build change capability and lead engagement across all levels of the organisation.
- Act as the executive sponsor for key transformation projects, ensuring governance and risk mitigation.
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in transformation leadership roles, preferably within housing, local authority, or regulated sectors.
- Expertise in business process redesign, project delivery, and technology adoption.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Formal qualifications in change/project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
