About the Role

ANT Recruitment is supporting a well-established construction partner in Newport in hiring a permanent Labourer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a valid CSCS card and experience in general labouring to join a professional team on a secure, full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities

• General labouring duties: clearing sites, unloading materials, and assisting skilled trades
• Supporting ducting and groundwork tasks
• Maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness across the site
• Contributing to team targets and ensuring deadlines are met

Candidate Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Previous experience in construction or labouring roles
• Own PPE: safety boots, high-vis vest, hard hat
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential
