Were currently recruiting a Business Support Officer for a key Health & Social Care provider based in Belfast, supporting critical systems and operations.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong administrative background and a keen interest in system support and public service delivery. Youll join the Business Services Team (BST) a central support function where youll manage data, support users, and contribute to the smooth operation of internal systems across platforms such as FPL, SharePoint, CRM, and HRPTS.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and systems support across key service areas
- Act as a point of contact for internal users, escalating queries where necessary
- Maintain and update system data in line with governance and SLA protocols
- Support application testing cycles and assist users with non-technical queries
- Produce reports and maintain documentation for compliance and auditing
- Help develop and document internal procedures and best practices
- Contribute to project delivery and service improvement initiatives
About You
Minimum 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (Grades AC or equivalent)
1+ year of experience in administration, data management, or system support
Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365 essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
A proactive and flexible approach to team-based work
Health and Social Care sector knowledge (desirable)
