Service Attendant

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Attendant to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. The Service Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the gym, assisting members with their needs, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in members using our computer system - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas - Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance or repair needs - Assist with new member sign-ups and provide tours of the facility - Monitor member usage and enforce gym policies and procedures - Promote and sell personal training services and other additional offerings - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute member events and promotions - Continuously strive to meet and exceed membership and sales targets - Attend training sessions and meetings as required - Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous customer service experience preferred - Passion for health and fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
