Job Summary:

The Finance and HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Finance and Human Resources departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in vendor coordination, expense monitoring, and supporting HR systems integration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling employee orientations and onboarding activities.

  • Follow up on employee requirements to ensure timely submission and compliance.

  • Help manage logistics and documentation for onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Assist in encoding employee records and updating the HR system, including Sprout integration.

  • Maintain organized and confidential employee files (both digital and physical).

Finance and Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Finance and Admin Manager in preparing reports, monitoring expenses, and encoding financial data.

  • Monitor payables and help ensure timely processing of payments.

  • Source vendors, request and follow up on quotations, and assist in vendor documentation.

  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document consolidation, and scanning.

  • Carry out any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
