THE MISSION

As a Club Manager, you will run your club like a business unit, not a social space. You'll be accountable for P&L drivers, team execution, membership growth, and operational discipline. Your leadership sets the tempo, the culture, and the scoreboard.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

1. Sales & Membership Growth

- Lead daily sales execution: outreach, prospecting, lead follow-ups, A1s/A2s, trial conversions.

- Smash monthly targets for memberships, PT revenue, and local campaigns.

- Build street-level brand visibility through walk-in traffic, referrals, and community touchpoints.

2. Team Leadership & Performance

- Recruit, train, coach, and rate every staff member using the S-Level System (S4 to S-).

- Conduct daily pre-shift huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, and monthly performance reviews.

- Address underperformance immediately, no waiting, no sugarcoating.

3. Operations & Systems Execution

- Run daily SOP drills: opening, shift change, and closing.

- Ensure staffing is optimized: no over-hiring and no undercoverage. Align manpower to foot traffic, sales windows, and service expectations.

- Ensure the club runs like a high-pressure kitchen - zero tolerance for guesswork, dirt, or downtime.

4. Financial & KPI Accountability

- Own club P&L levers: sales, petty cash, staffing ratios, upsell conversion.

- Master lead and lag KPIs: calls, trials, tours, A1/A2, churn, NPS, retention, etc.

- Partner with Finance for reporting, payroll, and budget optimization.
