WHAT YOULL DO

• Promote and sell memberships through tours, calls, and community outreach

• Hit and exceed 40 new joins per month

• Deliver standout customer service to prospects and members

• Track leads, KPIs, and performance metrics daily

• Support marketing and local campaigns

WHAT YOU BRING

• 12 years of sales experience (fitness or retail preferred)

• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills

• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
