As a Remote Sales Representative, your key role includes developing customer relationships, implementing success, contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization – ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Position Overview:

  • Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients

  • Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.

  • Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.

  • Active license in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain (license fee may apply)

  • Authorized to work in the US and Canada.
