Recruiting Coordinator - Virtual Assistant

AO Globe Life is currently hiring motivated professionals for full-time independent contractor positions from Philippines. This is a 100% remote, work-from-anywhere opportunity with structured scheduling and growth potential.

Positions Available:

• Recruiter

Schedule (Split Shift, 40 Hours/Week)

Monday to Friday - Central Standard Time
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST

Equipment Requirements:

• Laptop/CPU with Windows 10 or higher

• Reliable high-speed WiFi (supports 8+ hours of Zoom calls daily)

• Webcam with 720p resolution or higher

• Cellular device capable of running apps (RingCentral, TalkRoute, Line2, etc.)

• Professional, uninterrupted office-like space for Zoom meetings

Compensation:

• $4–$6 CAD per hour (starting rate)

• Approved overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

• 90-day paid probation period for long-term opportunity consideration

• Potential wage increase based on performance and interview evaluation
