We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative who will guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
Maintain records and documentation to company standards
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
Proficient in using Zoom
- Excellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accurate documentation
- Skilled in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, in English
Team-oriented and self-motivated.
