AO Globe Life is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals.
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
- Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards.
- Participate in team meetings.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
