AO is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom
- Maintain records and documentation to company standards
- Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
- Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
Attention to detail and a high level of accountability
- Proficiency in the Zoom platform and strong communication skills: verbal and written
