About the job Work-From-Home Sales Representative
We are seeking a Work-From-Home Sales Representative who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations with our guidance. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
- Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
- Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
- Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time.
- Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards
What We are Looking For
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States/Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer support, sales, or team collaboration preferred
- Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
