Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy updates, and claims through Zoom meetings.
Provide personalized insurance solutions that fit each clients needs.
Process new applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Keep records of all client interactions in an organized and detailed manner.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals and enhance the client experience.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required—we provide full training!).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with great time management and attention to detail.
