About the job Benefits Specialist(Remote/Entry-Level)

We partner with labour unions, credit unions, and associations to provide their members with permanent benefits. Because our team is growing fast, we need dedicated Benefits Specialists to join us!
In this role, you won't be "selling" in the traditional sense. Instead, you'll be an advisor. You will explain to union members exactly what benefits they are entitled to. If you are a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with Clients: Use phone and Zoom to talk with members and explain their benefit programmes.
- Build Trust: Create long-term relationships by being professional and helpful.
- Guide Families: Walk clients through their entitlements step-by-step so they feel secure.
- Keep Records: Maintain accurate notes and complete digital documentation on time.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team to reach goals and maintain high standards.
Requirements & Skills
- Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales is preferred, but we value the right attitude most.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Tech Savvy: You should be comfortable using Zoom and basic digital forms.
- Communication: Excellent English skills are a must to help our clients clearly.
