The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and a proven track record of meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions

- Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and meeting production goals

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

- Maintain accurate production records and reports

- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations

- Communicate with clients to provide updates on production progress and address any concerns

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to improve production processes

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any manufacturing position

- Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
