Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Eagan, MN (Local Hospital) / Onsite
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Possible weekends)
Wage: $20.00/h - DOE

Role: Assist patients with billing inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with departments for solutions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Requirements:
