Taiwan Country Manager / VP of Sales & Marketing

We are partnering with an ambitious equipment manufacturer to appoint an experienced leader to establish and scale the Taiwan organization.

This Country Leadership position is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing overall operations, and acting as the General Manager while closely collaborating with global HQ.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry, ideally with leading equipment manufacturers
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic, executive-level relationships with TSMC
• Proven experience leading new product introductions from development through manufacturability and market adoption

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
