Senior Manager / Manager - CMP Process 

- Lead and manage a team of CMP process engineers to sustain and optimize process performance

- Develop and execute strategies to meet manufacturing KPIs

- Establish and maintain robust manufacturing processes and ensure smooth fab operations

- Drive continuous improvement using diverse methodologies

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve yield, quality, and efficiency

- Oversee process installation, monitoring, recipe management, and capability reporting

- Lead team development through training, performance reviews, and career planning

- Ensure compliance with fab safety, audit, and operational standards

Qualifications:

- MSc or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics

- 10+ years of CMP process experience in wafer fabrication, including 3+ years in a leadership role
