China General Manager

We are seeking a senior executive to lead the company's business operations in China, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, customer engagement, and organizational leadership. This role drives profitable growth, strengthens market leadership in semiconductors and advanced industries, and ensures operational and regulatory excellence.

With full P&L accountability, the China GM aligns local operations with the company's global strategy while navigating the unique dynamics of the Chinese market. As a member of senior management, this leader contributes to long-term strategic planning, corporate initiatives, and business process execution. Beyond operations, the China GM shapes company culture by exemplifying core values, setting the cultural tone, and reinforcing behaviors that define the organization.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of senior leadership in high-tech capital equipment (semiconductors, FPD or related industries) with proven operational leadership in complex, HVM environments, driving performance and transformation.
• Demonstrated success in driving and leading high-performing sales organizations in global matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of the China semiconductor ecosystem, industrial market dynamics, customer roadmaps, and Chinese business regulations.
